Amr Awadallah is the CEO and co-founder of Vectara, a company focused on enabling organizations to leverage Generative AI in business applications. He is also the Co-founder and former CTO of Cloudera, a big data company that went public in 2017 and was later acquired in 2021.

Awadallah’s experience includes serving as VP of Developer Relations for Google Cloud and VP of Product Intelligence Engineering at Yahoo!.  Earlier in his career, he founded Aptivia, a search engine for online product information that was acquired by Yahoo!.
