With over 12 years of experience as a venture capitalist and real estate investor, and involvement in over $300M worth of transactions, Josh co-Founded LandSpire to further his personal commitment to community redevelopment. Josh began his 15-year professional basketball career. in the NBA, followed by Greece, Australia, and Japan and has always had a passion for sports, real estate and philanthropy.

In 2010, he founded the Josh Childress Foundation, which provides mentorship and resources to high school and collegiate athletes. He also established and funded the Josh Childress Athletic Scholarship, the first-ever Summer Studies scholarship at Stanford University. Josh received his B.A. in Sociology fromStanford University.
